• Operating manual and CNC equipment with precision and consistency

• Troubleshooting production or equipment issues independently

• Maintaining accurate documentation and process control

What We Expect

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of post-secondary education/training (or equivalent technical aptitude)
• Strong mechanical reasoning and problem-solving ability
• Comfort with math, measurements, and precision work

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must pass mechanical aptitude test, drug screen, and background check

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday | 3PM-11:30PM
• Starting at $16.00 per hour
