  • Offer insights and feedback during team meetings to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

This role focuses on working with diverse individuals, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, each presenting their unique challenges and backgrounds. You will be instrumental in facilitating healing and growth for clients seeking support for various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Your understanding of diverse cultural perspectives will be key in delivering effective and sensitive therapy.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
  • A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
  • Strong foundation in family therapy practices and the ability to navigate a variety of client dynamics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in mental health documentation practices, including treatment plans and clinical case notes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for effective collaboration and client interaction.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • A background working with a diverse clientele is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check is required.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, couples, and families is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with telehealth services and best practices in delivering remote therapy.
  • Experience in utilizing community resources to enhance client support is a plus.
  • Comfort with fee collection procedures and financial aspects of therapy services.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include a customizable compensation plan, a wellness program, ongoing professional development, and paid supervision. Additionally, you will enjoy a flexible work schedule allowing for autonomy in managing your client load. Our comprehensive benefits package also includes paid time off—sick days, holidays, and vacation—medical insurance, and 401(k) options, alongside reimbursement for clinical license renewal.
