Job description

Associate Product Manager | Pune Cornerstone is looking for an ambitious early‑career Product Associate who is passionate about building high‑quality enterprise SaaS products and leveraging AI to deliver meaningful customer outcomes. As an Associate Product Manager, you will contribute to core product development and help shape our next generation of AI‑powered capabilities on high‑scale systems used by enterprise customers globally.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to product discovery through user research, customer feedback, and data analysis.
  • Define and prioritize roadmap initiatives aligned to customer and business outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver high‑quality, scalable features as part of a Scrum team.
  • Identify and shape AI‑powered capabilities, including intelligent features, automation, and modern integration patterns.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Track success metrics and use data to continuously evaluate and improve product outcomes.
  • Diagnose customer‑reported issues and contribute to prioritization decisions that improve customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Ensure delivered features drive measurable improvements in customer experience and product quality.
  • Grow product instincts through mentorship, customer exposure, and hands‑on collaboration with senior PMs and engineering teams.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in a customer‑facing, analytical, or technical role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong customer‑centric thinking, data analysis skills, and the ability to use metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong curiosity for understanding user problems and the ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding software development fundamentals.
  • Data‑driven and comfortable forming hypotheses and making recommendations with incomplete information.
  • Thrive in fast‑paced environments and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Show interest in AI‑powered product development, including identifying use cases and partnering with engineering on LLM‑powered features.

We value candidates who focus on outcomes, are customer‑obsessed and highly analytical, take ownership, move with urgency, and continuously learn—especially in AI. Successful applicants will view AI as a tool for both product innovation and personal productivity as a PM.
