Job description

FULLBEAUTY Brands™ is the premier fashion and lifestyle destination for the plus size customer. We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products.

POSITION SUMMARY:

FullBeauty Brands are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid digital acquisition programs, with primary responsibility for Paid Social and Paid Search. This role will be responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition and ecommerce growth through data-driven media strategies. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing performance in a dashboard, managing a significant media budget, presenting results to senior leadership, and holding agency partners accountable for delivering against business objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will partner closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Creative, Analytics, and external agency teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing programs that drive traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Paid Media Strategy & Performance
  • Own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Social and Paid Search programs.
  • Develop channel strategies that support revenue, traffic, new customer acquisition, ROAS, and overall ecommerce profitability goals.
  • Manage ongoing campaign optimization across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant paid media channels.
  • Analyze performance by channel, campaign, audience, product, creative, and customer segment to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with Creative and Ecommerce teams to develop high-performing paid media creative, landing pages, offers, and product experiences.
  • Develop and manage a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creative, bidding, placements, and landing experiences.
  • Stay current on evolving paid media platforms, privacy changes, attribution methodologies, audience targeting capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to test new channels, audiences, creative formats, and bidding strategies.
Budget Management
  • Own and manage the annual and monthly paid media budget, ensuring investment is aligned with revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Develop channel-level budget allocations and recommend shifts based on performance and business priorities.
  • Monitor spend pacing and forecasts throughout the month and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage media investment against KPIs including ROAS, CAC/CPA, revenue, new customer acquisition, conversion rate, AOV, and LTV.
  • Partner with Finance and Ecommerce leadership on forecasting, budget planning, and monthly business reviews.
  • Ensure media dollars are being invested efficiently and generating measurable business results.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Own performance reporting and analytics for paid digital marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and actionable dashboards and reporting.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting to Ecommerce and senior leadership.
  • Translate complex data into clear business insights, recommendations, and actions.
  • Analyze performance against budget, forecast, prior year, and plan.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks before they materially impact business performance.
  • Establish and maintain channel KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Partner with Analytics and Ecommerce teams to improve attribution, reporting accuracy, and understanding of customer acquisition performance.
  • Clearly communicate what is happening, why it is happening, and what actions should be taken next.
Agency Management
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and strategic lead for external paid media agency partners.
  • Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, budgets, and deliverables for agency partners.
  • Hold agencies accountable for results, testing roadmaps, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead regular agency performance meetings and business reviews.
  • Proactively challenge agency recommendations and ensure strategies are supported by data and business objectives.
  • Ensure agencies are proactively identifying opportunities rather than simply executing channel plans.
  • Manage agency scopes of work, budgets, and performance against contractual commitments.
  • Partner with agencies to develop annual and quarterly media strategies and testing plans.
  • Ensure agency reporting is accurate, actionable, and aligned with internal business reporting.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Creative, Brand Marketing, Retention, and Analytics teams to develop integrated growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to identify products, categories, and promotions that can drive incremental demand.
  • Partner with Creative to develop and optimize channel-specific assets and messaging.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce teams to identify site experience, conversion, and landing page opportunities.
  • Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to both marketing partners and senior leadership.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within ecommerce and consumer/apparel brands.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Paid Social and Paid Search.
  • Demonstrated experience managing significant digital media budgets.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including ROAS, CAC/CPA, CVR, CTR, CPC, AOV, LTV, new customer acquisition, and profitability.
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven experience managing external agencies and holding partners accountable for performance.
  • Strong budget management, forecasting, and financial planning skills.
  • Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, and reporting/BI tools.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with dashboards and data visualization tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
  • Experience in apparel, fashion, retail, or other consumer-facing ecommerce businesses strongly preferred.
What Success Looks Like
  • Paid media consistently delivers against revenue, ROAS, CAC, and profitability goals.
  • Media budgets are strategically allocated toward the highest-performing channels, audiences, and opportunities.
  • Reporting is accurate, timely, and provides clear insight into what is happening, why it is happening, and what we should do next.
  • Agency partners operate as strategic extensions of the internal team and are consistently challenged to improve performance.
  • Paid Social and Paid Search programs continuously evolve through structured testing and optimization.
  • The business has a clear understanding of customer acquisition performance and the contribution of each paid media channel.
  • The Digital Marketing Manager becomes a trusted business partner to Ecommerce and senior leadership—not simply a channel manager.
