Job description

Pay, Schedule and Benefits
  • Pay: Starting at $15 per hour.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 12pm-8pm, Monday through Friday (7.5 hour shifts).
  • Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k) with Company Match, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain all facility floor surfaces through regular vacuuming and the operation of floor machines.
  • Perform interior and exterior painting projects as directed by the Maintenance Director.
  • Manage facility appearance by emptying outside trash receptacles and maintaining exterior cleanliness.
  • Operate and maintain specialized floor care equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments on scheduled facility projects.
  • Adhere to all infection control, safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and with a focus on quality.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Prior experience with interior and exterior painting
  • Experience operating floor care machines and vacuum equipment
  • Ability to lift and operate heavy equipment safely and consistently
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
  • Reliability in attendance and performance
  • Ability to follow direction and work well independently
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in a healthcare environment
