Job description

Title: Payroll Manager
Location:Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Position Type: Full Time
Compensation
Pay Range:$140,000 Per Year
Description
The Payroll Manager will oversee payroll functions, ensuring timely, accurate processing in compliance with regulations. 
This full-time role in Los Angeles involves managing international payroll operations, adhering to various labor and tax laws, and maintaining consistent payroll practices across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain payroll processing systems for timely transactions.
Prepare reports summarizing earnings, taxes, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
Support international payroll operations and compliance.
Identify and recommend updates to payroll systems and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required.
Five years of experience in a payroll managerial position.
Experience with international labor laws and payroll regulations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
