Join a collaborative and supportive team as a Customer Service Rep, where attention to detail and organizational skills are valued. In this role, you will play a key part in customer/personnel communications and supporting the Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

JOB DETAILS:  FULL TIME, MON - FRI, 0800 START TIME, $19/HR, PAID WEEKLY.  MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS.  PTO AVAILABLEResponsibilities
  • Communicate with customers/staff
  • Accurately enter customer data into the company system
  • Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
  • Scan documents and print files as needed
  • File documents and maintain organized records
  • Respond to inquiries and emails to support the Operations Team
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
