Position Overview

Metrapolis Behavioral Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position that allows you to provide invaluable counseling services to clients in a hospice center setting in Redmond, Oregon. Work Environment

This position will be conducted in a remote setting, providing you with the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance while contributing to our hospice center's essential services. You will work alongside a team of committed professionals, including the Clinical Director and Executive Director, who support your efforts to create a therapeutic environment that fosters healing and recovery. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to identify their counseling needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilizing DSM criteria to assess clients for substance use disorders and determining their level of care in accordance with ASAM standards.
• Formulating and documenting a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses the individualized needs of each client, particularly in the context of substance abuse.
• Establishing a detailed discharge and continuum of care plan for clients, ensuring they have a clear path for transitioning to appropriate levels of care post-treatment.
• Regularly documenting all counseling sessions, assessments, feedback, referrals, and follow-up interventions in clients' clinical records.
• Managing an active caseload, including updating treatment plans and conducting clinical charting as necessary.
• Coordinating additional support services for clients and their families, including maintaining detailed records of these services.
• Engaging with external referral sources, such as legal entities, schools, and employers, to ensure a comprehensive support network for clients.
• Employing a multi-disciplinary team approach to address crisis situations effectively and facilitating needed interventions for clients.

As an LCSW at Metrapolis Behavioral Center, you will be serving a diverse patient population, many of whom are struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A valid LCSW license in Oregon.
• A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred).
• Experience in addiction treatment, particularly with co-occurring disorders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on establishing therapeutic boundaries and fostering client communication.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates should have prior experience working in a hospice or similar setting, along with a proven track record of utilizing therapeutic techniques to promote long-term recovery in patients. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and standard assessment tools will be advantageous to your success in the role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
