Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment strategies based on their specific needs.
  • Create individualized treatment plans that detail therapeutic goals, interventions, and outcomes to facilitate effective client progress.
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to foster client engagement and facilitate healing.
  • Collaborate proactively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.
  • Educate and support clients' families, facilitating their involvement in the therapeutic process and enhancing the overall recovery outcomes of our clients.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Doctorate is preferred.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience, ideally two years, in a mental health setting with knowledge of best practices in therapy.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Exceptional therapeutic skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients while motivating them throughout their recovery journeys.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar organization focusing on underserved populations.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.
  • Specialized training in particular therapeutic modalities such as trauma-informed care, mindfulness, or play therapy.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
