Contract Length:October 2026 - June 2028 (21-months) with potential extension depending upon project timeline
Location:Remote with travel to Washington State, Washington State locals heavily preferred
Hours:40 hours a week

Job Overview:
Our clients within the public sector are looking for Epic Certified Analysts to help support their multi-healthcare agency statewide end-to-endEpic EHR Implementation.
Job Description:
The Epic Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, testing, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic applications for new healthcare facilities and clinical locations. Working closely with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders, the analyst designs and builds Epic workflows that align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices while ensuring a successful deployment and transition to production.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain Epic application functionality based on business and clinical requirements.
Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate workflows into Epic system configuration.
Participate in solution design sessions and recommend best practices for application build and optimization.
Configure new departments, clinics, providers, users, security settings, and workflows to support expansion into new facilities and locations.
Develop, execute, and support unit testing, integrated testing, workflow validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, workflow issues, and system enhancements throughout implementation.
Support data validation, interface testing, and system integration activities with ancillary applications.
Create and maintain system documentation, build specifications, testing scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.
Provide go-live planning, activation support, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
Analyze end-user feedback and recommend workflow improvements and system optimization opportunities.
Ensure application configuration complies with Epic standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, trainers, informatics teams, developers, and third-party vendors throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
Current Epic certification in assigned application(s).
Experience supporting full lifecycle Epic implementations, including design, build, testing, go-live, and optimization.
Experience implementing Epic for new hospitals, clinics, or healthcare locations preferred.
Knowledge of clinical or revenue cycle workflows within healthcare organizations.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in large-scale healthcare IT implementations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
