    HR Priorities Coordinator At The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, the HR Priorities Coordinator plays a vital role within Human Resources, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of human resources programs and projects. The HR Priorities Coordinator, the HR Priorities Coordinator, and the HR Priorities Coordinator all contribute directly to ensuring project timelines, communications, and deliverables are effectively managed and aligned with organizational priorities. UT MD Anderson is a leading institution focused on cancer care, research, education, and prevention.

    This role contributes to advancing HR initiatives by leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, strengthen stakeholder collaboration, and support the successful delivery of HR programs. The ideal candidate brings a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, along with preferred experience in human resources and project coordination. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with an interest in utilizing digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance HR operations and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities HR Priorities Coordination & Execution Support coordination and tracking of HR projects aligned with HR strategy Track timelines, tasks, and deliverables using digital project management tools Review project deliverables to ensure completeness and accuracy Coordinate meetings and support day-to-day project activities Monitor and report project budget milestones with the PCIT office Assist with vendor relationships and negotiations with supply chain Identify opportunities for automation and AI to improve efficiency and experience Develop metrics and data to support project tracking and reporting Create, maintain, and update project dashboards Identify risks or issues and escalate concerns as needed Communication & Knowledge Management Prepare communications for leadership, stakeholders, and team members Draft project updates, meeting notes, and summary communications Use collaboration tools and automation for recurring reports and updates Apply AI-enabled tools for drafting, summarizing, and organizing content with review Assist in developing and updating HR program materials and resources Ensure communications follow established processes and accuracy standards Stakeholder & Program Development Support Support leaders with implementation of HR projects across the organization Build relationships with HR partners and internal clients Assist with development and rollout of HR programs and materials Learn organizational goals and operations to support HR initiatives Contribute ideas to enhance or improve existing HR programs Continuous Improvement & Development Build digital and analytical skills to support evolving HR capabilities Support innovation by recommending process improvements and efficiencies EDUCATION Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field. WORK EXPERIENCE Required: 4 years of project coordination, planning or management experience.

    Required: No experience required with Bachelor's degree. Preferred: 2 years Human Resource experience.
