Job description

The Human Resources Manager supports the operational and strategic functions of the Human Resources and Employee Health Departments. Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, this role manages daily HR operations, serves as a functional liaison to the HRIS team, and ensures compliance with employment laws, hospital policies, and accreditation standards. The HR Manager monitors key HR metrics, supports departmental financial performance, and contributes to workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
 
This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting system improvements, and fostering a positive employee experience. The HR Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement HR strategies that align with the hospital's mission, teaching objectives, and clinical excellence standards. Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of HR practices, strong leadership, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

 
Education:  4 year/Bachelors Degree
 
Experience:  3-5 years of Human Resources required, preferably in healthcare
 
License/Certification:  PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
