Job Description:

Position Summary

TheCNC Programing Techniciansupports theCNCproduction activities attheMasterBrandCabinets Arthurmanufacturing facility.Willsupportthe factory floorfor bestutilizationofequipmentandmodification of equipment,toolsand processes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • MaintainMicrovellumlibrariesfor Arthur andassistother MBCI sites asneeded.

  • Nesting programevaluations and managingMicrovellum.

  • Machine toolingmonitoringfor part quality andtoollifeexpectations.

  • CIprojectsfocused onquality improvements,sheetutilization,partsequencing,and otherimprovements.

  • Ensure overallmachine health, safety,andfullfunctioning.

  • Operations involvement,including the development ofmanufacturingdocumentationas needed,developing improvements on the floor for operations.

Day-To-DayResponsibilities

  • Develop / manageMicrovellumoptimizations as needed.

  • Develop,change,andmanageCNCprogramsas neededfor DMRs.

  • Verifyquality,parts, tooling,and newproduction partson the CNC machining machines.

  • Improve, monitor, and coach new processes foryieldimprovementsinMillroom.

  • Manage and implement yield initiatives collaboratively with Engineering.

  • Liaisonbetween manufacturing and engineering.

  • Train,test, andmonitor operator knowledgeonequipment and operation of machines.

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or GEDrequired.Degree and/or certification in industrialengineeringa plus

  • Industrialexperience inmanufacturing process development

  • Able to readproductprintsandmachine prints and manuals

  • MBCI product knowledgepreferred

  • CAD/CAM understandingpreferred

  • Trouble shooting experienceinprograming / machining issues

  • Expected to work withminimalguidanceto given goals

  • Must havegoodcomputer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • AutoCAD software knowledge ispreferred

  • Well organized, good interpersonal skills and a team player

  • Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing,&TPMis desired

Compensation Range:

$27.50-33.66
