About the job Administrative Assistant
Position: Administrative Assistant
Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a leading masonry contracting company, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients, and we need an Administrative Assistant who shares this commitment and can help us maintain our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update company records, including client information, project details, and employee records
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other business documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives and project managers
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are well-stocked and in good working condition
- Support the accounting team with tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including completing paperwork and setting up new hire orientations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and friendly demeanor
