In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department.

Program Description:

Auberle's Main Campus Receptionist provides the applicable receptionist services for the guests, participants and staff that utilize the main campus facilities daily.

Position Title and Overview:

Part-Time Receptionist – Demonstrate high level communication skills face-to-face, via the phone, by utilizing email etc. Interact with all guests, participants and staff in a compassionate and professional manner. Represent and promote Auberle in a professional manner. Demonstrate computer knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, Power Point, and the Microsoft Windows platform in general. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems, and follow through assigned tasks required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings. Mentor participants as referred by Auberle programs who are interested in learning what a receptionist job entails / requires as a possible career opportunity.

Location and Travel Requirements:

This position is located at the Auberle Main Campus, McKeesport, PA. All positions are also expected to attend the applicable training courses, meetings, and other events at the Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled.

Travel for this position is not required.
