As a Store Manager, you will create a welcoming in‑store experience and help customers design our products to fit their style and space. • Build and develop a high‑performing team of Associates within a people‑first culture that encourages big dreams.
• Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and develop Associates to achieve results.
• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve their goals using our Lovesac selling process and methods.
• Guide customers from first interest through to a completed transaction while managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining post‑purchase relationships.
• Model and ensure your team has in‑depth knowledge of products, services, design features, and benefits, effectively demonstrating and educating customers.
• Nurture long‑term relationships and build brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain an attractive store consistent with brand standards.
• Manage store operations and tasks including opening & closing, scheduling, inventory, point‑of‑sale transactions, marketing, promotions, and following all company standards.
• Champion company policies and operational procedures to maintain consistency, safety, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure you and your team are proficient in all company tools, systems, and in‑store technology.
• Analyze data to drive behaviors that deliver against goals and key performance indicators.
• Drive the store P&L with an understanding of business and financial concepts to support profitability.
• Build a culture of accountability by meeting personal and team sales goals, key performance indicators, and customer service standards.
• Anticipate, identify, and solve potential issues swiftly, escalating to supervisor when necessary.
• Resolve conflicts effectively to maintain a positive and productive environment.
• Support additional responsibilities as requested by Management.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High‑School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective use of technology for sales and customer support, including product demonstrations and internal CRM systems.
• Availability to assist in‑person and remotely across store locations and third‑party vendors.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, sensitive data, privacy, and safety.
• Excellent communication skills and conflict‑management ability.
• Physical capability to move objects up to 75 pounds, perform bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, crawling, and climbing.
