What You'll Do:

The Senior AI Growth Strategist partners with Edwin customers to ensure they successfully operationalise AI, achieve measurable business outcomes, and accelerate their journey towards Autonomous IT.

This role goes beyond traditional Customer Success. While Edwin deployments may succeed technically, long-term customer success depends on sustained user adoption, operational change, executive alignment, and measurable value realisation. The Senior AI Growth Strategist owns that journey, helping customers turn successful implementations into meaningful and lasting business outcomes.

Working with a portfolio of strategic and complex enterprise customers, you will combine technical expertise, business consulting, data-driven insights, and executive engagement to maximise adoption, improve customer health, demonstrate ROI, and identify opportunities for continued growth.

As a senior member of Edwin's AI Growth organisation, you will also support the development of other AI Growth Strategists, contribute to customer engagement methodologies and playbooks, and help improve how Edwin delivers value at scale.

You will work closely with AI Impact, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and LogicMonitor Customer Success teams to ensure customers continuously realise value from Edwin while providing actionable feedback that shapes the future of the platform.
