What You Will Be Doing:
The F-35 Logistic Information Technology Product Support Provider Associate Manager is seeking a candidate to be the Customer Support on-site representative at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, Arizona. The selected individual will be a Multi-Functional Information System Analysts responsible for data issue resolution within the ALIS/ODIN environment to include trend analysis, root cause investigations and Action Request prevention. The selected candidate must have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive customer relationships and interface with leadership across all functional organizations. The role includes providing support to internal and external stakeholders including government officials, military personnel and foreign partners.
Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite ALIS/ODIN data issue resolution, driving customer engagement and ensuring the tiered support structure is followed.
* Operate autonomously from direct supervision to guide troubleshooting, act as customer liaison and coordinating efforts to resolve field-level data ALIS/ODIN sustainment issues.
* Provide comprehensive support to internal and external stakeholders across the F-35 sustainment community.
* Apply data quality forensics and participate in assessments of Sustainment Data Products and/or Supplier data submissions.
* Support coordination with assigned users, application teams, and Suppliers, to understand issues and needs; prioritizing, determining solutions, and implementation of Action Requests (AR) resolution and prevention.
- Flexible work hours - May require occasional rotation between 1st and 2nd shift, may require some weekend and Off-shift availability to meet operational commitments.
***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and holds a Final DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to start.
***Prior to permanent job assignment at MCAS Yuma, AZ. the selected candidate will be required to visit Fort Worth for approximately 30 - 45 days of On-the-Job-Training and source system accesses. Additionally, the selected candidate will be required to travel to a Military Site, at a minimum of one week, for over the shoulder training with an Onsite Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Basic Qualifications
* Holds a final DoD secret security Clearance prior to start
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
* Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams
* Experience with data quality audits or verification
* Experience with Aviation Environment and Equipment
* Experience with Configuration Management of data

Aviation and/or similar Military Organizations

* Experience managing and manipulating data
using Microsoft Excel and Access
* Experience performing Data Extraction, Translation, Migration and Loads

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
