Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join their dynamic Scrum team working on the next generation of a leading medical diagnostic device. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional team members to design, develop, and maintain software solutions using .NET Core and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum team members to design, develop, and maintain software solutions for medical diagnostic devices.
• Utilize .NET Core framework and related technologies to build scalable, efficient, and high-quality software applications.
• Implement data access and manipulation using SQL, LINQ, and ORM tools such as Entity Framework for database operations.
• Develop user interfaces and interactive applications using WPF, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to design patterns.
• Integrate dependency injection using Autofac to enhance modularity, testability, and maintainability of software components.
• Apply design patterns such as MVC (Model-View-Controller), MVVM (Model-View-View Model), and others as appropriate to improve code structure and maintainability.
• Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives within the Scrum framework.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Adhere to coding standards, software design principles, and best practices to ensure software quality, performance, and security.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in the medical device domain.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core development, including C# programming language.
• Extensive experience with SQL databases, LINQ queries, and ORM tools such as Entity Framework for data modeling and manipulation.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in WPF for desktop application development, including MVVM architecture and design pattern usage.
• Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks like Autofac for managing software components and dependencies.
• Solid understanding and application of design patterns to improve code structure, scalability, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and Scrum framework.
• Domain knowledge and experience in the medical device field are considered a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail in software design and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a Scrum team environment.
• For senior role, greater than 10 years experience; Mid level 6-10 Years.
