Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule while still providing valuable support to clients in a detox setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess mental health status, substance use issues, and psychosocial factors affecting recovery.
• Develop comprehensive, solution-oriented treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and align with best practices in mental health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing treatment effectiveness.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for patients and their families, promoting understanding of mental health and accessible resources.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest research to inform therapeutic interventions and enhance overall patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use, alongside co-occurring mental health disorders. You will provide critical support during a vulnerable time in their lives, helping them navigate challenges and develop coping strategies to maintain sustained recovery. Your contributions will empower clients to build a solid foundation for future health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• Strong skills in solution-focused therapeutic methodologies, demonstrating an understanding of various clinical interventions.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in clinical psychotherapy, specifically within a detox or addiction recovery environment.
• Proficiency in managing complex cases, including the integration of behavioral health interventions in treatment plans.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for service delivery and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

Lighted Paths Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to generous compensation, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
