Position Overview

Lighted Paths Therapy is seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while maintaining access to a collaborative team environment. Our clinic utilizes telehealth technology to facilitate client interactions and ensure continuity of care. You will have access to ongoing training and resources necessary to stay current with best practices in clinical social work and mental health interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including psychological evaluations and mental health screenings, to identify client needs and determine appropriate interventions.
• Develop individualized, solution-focused treatment plans that address specific mental health issues and promote long-term recovery.
• Engage in collaborative meetings with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, to discuss patient progress and refine therapeutic approaches.
• Participate in regular peer reviews and case consultations, fostering an environment of professional development and continuous learning.
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, helping them navigate resources and support networks for enhanced emotional health.
• Incorporate the latest evidence-based practices and research findings into your clinical work to ensure the highest quality of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LICSW at Lighted Paths Therapy, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your approach will be tailored to meet the unique cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of our clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance that respects their individual experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical psychotherapy setting, demonstrating a firm foundation in therapeutic techniques and practices.

Preferred Experience

• Skills in solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) methodologies.
• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team and participating in treatment planning.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary, valued benefits include:
