Job description

Biochemist needs 8+ years experience

Biochemist requires:

A BS or MS in a life sciences discipline, with training in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related fields, experience in the industry is preferred.

Prior laboratory experience (internships, co-ops, or academic research) is preferred but not required.

Some experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, and ELISA is desired but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and keen to improve processes.

Biochemist duties:

Assist in the development and optimization of bioconjugates stability assays and linker-payload release methods.

Conduct linker-payload enzymatic release studies to evaluate the specificity of payload release.

Prepare and maintain reagents, buffers, and other laboratory supplies required for assays

Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to assay performance.

Work closely with discovery team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in the laboratory.
