Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. You will connect with clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring that access to mental health services is convenient and effective. Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients experiencing major mental health issues or severe emotional disorders through remote consultations.
• Participate as a collaborative team member, contributing effectively towards shared clinical goals and driving forward our mission.
• Uphold professional ethical standards, ensuring compliance with guidelines while fostering a safe and respectful environment for diverse clients.
• Conduct evidence-based and developmentally appropriate screenings, and arrange for more detailed evaluations as necessary.
• Create and implement integrated care plans, facilitating access to appropriate linked services, and maintaining communication among clients, families, and other providers.
• Provide focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts and manage clients' needs in emergency situations effectively.
• Maintain a structured caseload, including assessments and various therapy modalities (individual, group, family) to address presenting issues.
• Monitor and ensure completion of essential documentation, including client reports and data submissions, adhering to established timelines.
• Provide on-call support during and post operational hours as needed, contributing to overall service availability.
• Participate actively in committees aimed at improving agency service delivery and quality enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other severe emotional disorders. Our approach centers on empowering clients to choose their own paths to recovery and well-being, which necessitates a sensitivity to cultural and personal diversity.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required to fulfill licensing requirements.
• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.
• Expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective engagement with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated organizational and planning abilities to maintain caseload and adhere to deadlines.
• Your work will reflect an understanding of specialty issues and developmental needs relevant to the populations served.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar role focusing on mental health care.
• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are preferred to enhance communication with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
