Life Digital Health is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team as a full-time remote outpatient treatment specialist. Work Environment

This role is firmly rooted in a dynamic outpatient treatment center located in Fort Worth, Texas, allowing our professionals to collaborate remotely while engaging with clients in a virtual setting. Our outpatient facility utilizes innovative methodologies to create a holistic approach to mental health treatment, embodying a startup spirit with a keen focus on learning and improvement. The position fosters a work schedule that prioritizes work-life balance, featuring a Monday to Friday format without evening or weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions that allow clients to share their experiences, cultivate connections, and learn from one another.
• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that are goal-oriented and address their unique needs and preferences.
• Monitor Progress: Use various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress and outcomes, ensuring continuous evaluation and adaptation of treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, fostering a holistic approach to client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will focus on providing comprehensive care for young adults aged 18 to 30 facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Our approach recognizes the unique experiences and developmental stages of our clients, allowing for tailored interventions that inspire hope and facilitate healing.

Qualifications

• Education: A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is essential.
• Licensure: Candidates must hold valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials in Texas.
• Experience: A background in mental health treatment, particularly with young adults, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

While all candidates are encouraged to apply, preferred qualifications include experience in facilitating group therapy sessions, familiarity with PHP (Partial Hospitalization Programs), and knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
