Life Digital Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our outpatient treatment team in Savannah, Georgia. Work Environment

This remote position offers a flexible work environment with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, ensuring no evening or weekend shifts. Our outpatient treatment center provides holistic programs designed specifically for young adults aged 18 to 30, and we foster a collaborative atmosphere among our clinicians and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic services aimed at enhancing the well-being of your clients. Your key duties will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote peer support, connection, and shared learning among clients.
• Providing individualized counseling to explore client thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing actionable coping strategies.
• Collaborating with clients to formulate personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans focused on their unique needs and preferences.
• Monitoring client progress through regular assessments, feedback sessions, and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, sharing insights, and consulting on complex cases whenever necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will center on supporting young adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, paired with a focus on resilience, hope, and recovery. You will engage with clients navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life changes. Your expertise will aid in fostering a supportive environment that encourages healing and promotes healthy lifestyle choices.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

We seek candidates who have prior experience in mental health treatment, specifically in outpatient settings working with adolescents and young adults. Experience facilitating group therapy or having a background in trauma-informed care will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

Life Digital Health offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
