Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of: 

 

Software Engineer - IT Payroll

Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement solutions to support our payroll systems that adhere to technical standards.
  • Drive integration and software development activities around ADP Global View and SuccessFactors.
  • Participate in and lead code reviews.
  • Resolve system issues through analysis and its impact on hardware and software.
  • Participate in discussions with the Scrum teams to develop technical solutions to satisfy business requirements related to HR/Payroll using SAP HCM technology. 
  • Support and guide our business partners in finding and implementing the E2E integration setup between SuccessFactors and ADP Global View Payroll. 
  • Configure and test SaaS system extensions as well as internally developed programs and integrations. 
  • Evaluate and implement solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance of software applications.  
  • Follow Deere Agile methodology for development and documentation. 
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and team members to ensure that features meet business needs.  

Our requirements: 

  • Experience in design, integration, development and testing mid-complex software solutions. 
  • Develop, code, configure, and test SaaS system extensions as well as internally developed programs and integrations.
  • Good understanding of application development, databases like EDL, data management and infrastructure capabilities. 
  • Ability to apply engineering principles and concepts for designs. 
  • 4+ years’ experience with integration technologies such as CPI, GitHub, AWS tools, Databricks, Python, container etc. 
  • Good understanding in HR/LR, Time- and Payroll processes.  
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills in English. 
  • Openness to work with global Product teams.  

Nice to have: 

  • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors global platform.
  • Proven experience in integration between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and non-SAP Applications. 
  • Strong Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Experience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solutions. 
  • Experience configuring and implementing system execution/quality monitoring tools. 
  • Proven experience in adapting to the change management principles like Lean Service management. 
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field.
