Why This Role Matters
The Assembler at ITW Commercial Construction North America (CCNA), a division of ITW, plays a critical role in delivering high-quality fastening solutions that our customers rely on every day. In this role, you will help ensure products are assembled, packaged, and produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while supporting customer demand. Success means operating equipment effectively, maintaining quality expectations, and contributing to a safe, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
• Safely set up and operate assembly and packaging equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality inspections and verify products meet established standards.
• Track and document quality checks, scrap, and production-related information.
• Monitor and record machine downtime and communicate issues as needed.
• Partner with maintenance and other departments to resolve equipment or production concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support plant and customer needs.
What You Bring (Requirements)
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work 6:00 a.m. - 2:20 p.m. with occasional overtime and periodic Saturday work.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
• Ability to recognize parts, identify problems, and help determine solutions.
• Ability to complete supplemental training, including technical math, basic computer skills, and measuring skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Compensation Information:
Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match and employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off.
