Intelicare Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work while being rooted in our outpatient office in Everett, Washington. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional relationships, adhering to ethical standards throughout your interactions.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss challenges, and schedule future appointments while evaluating their readiness for discharge.
• Create, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and appropriate therapeutic paths.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based interventions that are tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a growth mindset, seeking continuous improvement in clinical competencies and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role places a strong emphasis on serving youth and adolescents, ensuring that counselors recognize the unique challenges faced by younger populations. The clinician will work closely with clients who may struggle with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and substance use, understanding each individual’s background and fostering a supportive relationship that promotes positive change.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• Ability to meet organizational credentialing requirements to practice in a clinical setting.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or clients experiencing substance abuse issues.
• Proven experience in conducting assessments and providing individual and group therapy.
• Competency in using computer systems for documentation and scheduling; basic keyboarding skills are necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical setting dealing with youth and families.
• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery and electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.
• Exposure to evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other relevant frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
