Job description

Under the direction of the Intake and Enrollment Supervisor, the Enrollment Coordinator is a member of our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team and is the owner and driver accountable for successful enrollment of prospective participants into the Inspira LIFE program. They do this by developing and building relationships and generating quality participant referrals that lead to enrollment. They are key to our success. Our Enrollment Coordinators are sales professionals who are metric-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are great collaborators who promote Inspira health's mission, vision, and values.As a multisite provider of PACE community-based services for seniors in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties, an Inspira LIFE employee may work at either or both the Vineland or Williamstown LIFE Program as census changes or operational needs occur to meet the needs of our participants.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelors or Associate Degree in Marketing, Health or Human Servicespreferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or marketing role required.
  • Experience in a healthcare or senior care setting is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly.
  • Experience or knowledge Medicare/Medicaid preferred.
  • Marketing or sales experience in healthcare, insurance, or similar experience preferred

Certification/Licensure:

  • Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance. Subject to annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
