    Job description

    The Clinical Research Coordinator I RN serves as the primary clinical and research liaison for patients participating in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Hematology clinical trials. This role combines direct patient care, clinical research coordination, participant advocacy, and regulatory compliance to support the successful execution of research studies.

    The coordinator is responsible for identifying eligible patients, facilitating the informed consent process, coordinating study-related activities, collecting clinical data, and ensuring protocol compliance throughout the participant's involvement in research. This individual works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, research teams, sponsors, and patients while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and research integrity.

    The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong clinical assessment skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and an interest in advancing treatment options for patients with hematologic disorders and those undergoing bone marrow transplant therapies.
