HOW YOU WILL IMPACT INGEVITY
Have responsibility for thecorporatecategories (IT, HR, Finance)globallyto include leading large cross-functional project teams through the sourcingand procurementprocess.
Develop a global category plan based on current market conditions andthebusiness environment.

Lead development and execution of complex sourcing strategies and projects over the medium and long term, partnering directly with executive stakeholders to align initiatives with enterprise priorities and strategicobjectives.
Proactively engage executive leadershiptoshape category strategies, present business cases, and influence key investment and supplier decisions.
Articulate, influence, and gain alignment from senior managers and executive leadership on sourcing strategies, serving as a trusted advisor to drive enterprise-wide decision-making.
Bring industry leadingSourcingand procurementpractices to execute upon the developed strategies.
Responsible for thedevelopment, implementation, andmanagement ofthe supplier relationship management program forkey strategic suppliers.
Develop negotiation strategieswhich are aligned with the business strategiesand leadthosenegotiationsto completion while pursuing full valueand mitigating risk.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor's degreeinSupply Chain Management or Businessoran equivalentcombination of education,trainingand relevant work experience.MBAand/orCPM/CPSMpreferred.
At leastfive yearsof sourcingexperienceorequivalent experience in relevant business categories.
Successfully lead negotiations for global, multi-year, multi-million dollarcontracts inindirect categories.
Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with senior and executive leadership stakeholders, including influencing decisions, presenting to executive audiences, and driving alignment on strategic initiatives.
Proven experience supporting orpresenting inexecutive forums (e.g., steering committees, leadership reviews, board-level discussions) isstronglypreferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and communicate with C-suite and senior leadership.
Project management skillspreferred.
Travel up to10% asrequiredfor supplier audits, development, and visits.
Must be a team player and adapt well to a multitasking, fast paced environment with changing priorities and challenges.
