POSITION PURPOSE

The Manager of Facilities provides day-to-day operational leadership for IndyGo's facilities maintenance function, ensuring the Authority's buildings, maintenance facilities, administrative offices, transit centers, bus stops, passenger shelters, grounds, and supporting infrastructure are maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.

This position is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, work order management, contractor performance, emergency response, and staff development. The Manager leads a 24-hour facilities operation that supports uninterrupted transit service while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
