Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Ad Operations, North America to lead the execution, optimization, and evolution of our advertising operations across premium video, streaming, FAST, broadcast, social, and digital platforms.
Reporting into the Commercial and Advertising leadership team, this role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns, operational processes, inventory management, ad technology integrations, audience targeting capabilities, and partner service excellence. The successful candidate will combine deep advertising operations expertise with strong leadership skills and a passion for building scalable processes that support revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and innovation.
The Head of Ad Operations will lead a high-performing team while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Finance, and external platform partners to ensure operational excellence across the North American business.
Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000
This role will be based in our New York office.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and develop the North America Ad Operations organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Define team goals, performance metrics, and operational standards to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) across advertising operations functions.
  • Build scalable operational frameworks to support business growth and evolving advertising products.

What You'll Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media operations, broadcast operations, or ad technology.
  • 5+ years leading high-performing advertising operations teams.
  • Strong experience managing advertising delivery across OTT, CTV, streaming, digital video, linear television, or FAST environments.
  • Deep knowledge of campaign trafficking, ad serving, creative operations, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Experience working with enterprise advertising technology platforms and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success implementing scalable operational processes and service delivery frameworks.

Strong understanding of:
  • OTT/CTV advertising
