Calling all LEADERS in the Henderson & Las Vegas area! This is a great opportunity for the right person to join our Dream Team. We are Henderson's first-ever 24-hour infrared sauna studio, providing the community with more workouts in less time, along with infrared benefits and more.
We’re looking for driven, health- and fitness-minded leaders who are ready to grow with us and help others become the best version of themselves.
Must Haves:
  •  Confident Closer -Must have strong phone, text, and in-person sales skills. Can confidently overcome objections and close memberships daily. Knows how to ask for the sale.
  • Sales Goal Crusher-Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Understands KPIs, daily conversion rates, lead follow-up systems, and revenue tracking.
  • Natural Leader-Leads by example. Holds team accountable. Coaches, corrects, and develops staff without micromanaging. Builds respect through action.
  • Ownership Mentality-Solves problems independently. Doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Takes initiative every single day.
  • Passion for Fitness & Wellness-Lives the brand. Believes in the product. Ideally personally certified and committed to health, goal-setting, and continuous improvement.

Must live nearby and have reliable transportation.
