HOTWORX Grand Island is looking for an energetic, outgoing Fitness Sales Associate who is ready to connect with people, grow our studio, and create an amazing experience for our members.
This isn’t just a front desk position — you’ll play an active role in sales, member engagement, social media, and studio growth.
About HOTWORXHOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas, plus a functional training area for strength and resistance training.

What You’ll Do- Give energetic studio tours and turn prospects into members
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
- Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and promotions
- Build relationships with members and provide an exceptional experience
- Help create fun, engaging social media content
- Support community outreach and studio events
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
- Participate in ongoing sales and development training
- Outgoing, positive, and confident
- Passionate about fitness and wellness
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results
- Comfortable with sales and asking for the sale
