Quecon, Inc. is currently seeking Field Technicians/Engineers to support the Federal Aviation Administration. Qualified candidates will perform a variety of duties to support the FAA customer in achieving both their short- and long-term goals. We are looking for hardworking, talented and committed individuals to join our growing team - people who know what it takes to produce the best results the first time, every time.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform site surveys and develop installation plans in support of the Program Management OfficePerform installation and removal of telecommunications equipment at sites across the USPerform light site prep construction and electrical installation at sites to support infrastructure upgradesPerform trenching by hand and using light equipment (mini-excavator, skid steer, trencher, drill, compactor, etc.)Provide technical assistance in performing voice-grade, data-comm, digital and IP telecommunications services cutoversAssist in updating operational telecommunications service records and filesClimb towers to perform work including installing, aligning or removing microwave antennas and waveguideRequirementsExperience leading critical Telecommunications Networks transition, cost and schedule efficienciesExperience in telecommunications, networking and communicationsGeneral knowledge in electrical and constructionMust be able to pass background check and obtain a security clearanceAbility to lift 75+ lbsMust have a valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to demonstrate proficiency in MS Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.)FAA or similar experience PreferredExpected Travel: 50-75%Quecon's Corporate Values: Quality, Consistency, Value, Mission, and our EmployeesAt the core of Quecon's identity is our commitment to providing quality services and products to our customers.
