Role Details: This is a Solution Architect leadership role, working closely with Sales Leaders in Tech vertical to win new business or expand existing business. The role also involves need based Consulting to Delivery team during stabilization phase of project.

Years of experience: 15+ years

Demonstrated experience in Solutions & Deals management on below areas:

A) Solution Specialisation:

• Application Development / Software Development
• Agile Processes, Squad structure, ceremonies knowledge
• Product Oriented Delivery Model
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Integration knowledge
• SRE

B) Deals Management Experience:

• Large Deals Management experience
• Exposure to Tech vertical
• Multi- service line deals management experience
• Experience in Pricing Models

C) AI experience:

• Foundation knowledge in Agentic AI
• Human in Loop AI infused Delivery
