  • Manage and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leasing and asset management stakeholders to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, capital projects, and operational programs.
  • Champion marketing, community engagement, and special event initiatives to increase traffic and strengthen the property's market presence.
  • Build trusted relationships with ownership groups, municipal stakeholders, retailers, and community organizations.

  • Proven success managing complex operations, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams and cultivating positive workplace cultures.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with tenants, ownership groups, vendors, and community stakeholders.

  • BCFSA Rental Property Management License, or willingness to obtain, is considered an asset.

What You'll Receive

  • Competitive base salary of $130,000-$150,000.
  • Annual discretionary performance bonus of up to 25%.
  • Four weeks' vacation.
  • Comprehensive extended health and dental benefits.
  • RRSP matching program.
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development support.
