    Sr. Analytics Consultant

    Our Personal Lines State Management team is currently seeking an Sr. Analytics Consultant in our Worcester, MA or Howell, MI location. This is a full-time, exempt role. Position is eligible for hybrid/flex work arrangement.

    Analytics consultants will use skills, technologies and practices for continuous iterative exploration and investigation of past business performance to gain insight and drive business planning and address any business questions or problems. Analytics consultants will focus on developing new insights and understanding of business performance based on data and basic statistical methods.

    In this role you will:

    This role will work within established guidelines, plans, conducts and supervises assignments. Reviews progress and evaluates results. Will train less experienced employees in technical complexities of assigned work. Recommends changes in procedures. Operates with substantial latitude. Reviews progress with business partners. Taking projects from conception, working with business partners and technical resources to provide successful outcomes. Insurance experience required as well as insurance products.

    What you need to apply:

    • 6 plus years professional experience and bachelor's degree.
    • Applied Data Science, Data Science, Information and Data Science, Information Management Analytics, Data Mining, Predictive Analytics are most sought-after.
    • Degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Information Systems are also preferred.
