THE DETAILS
- Monday-Thursday
- 1st shift is 5:00AM - 2:30PM
- Available overtime
- No previous experience required
THE ROLE
At Great Dane, we rely on makers and we’re calling on them to join our expanding team. The time has never been better to Embrace Your Great and work in an environment with the highest safety standards in the industry.
The Position: A Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the plant and the surrounding grounds. Their duties include vacuuming floors, sanitizing restroom facilities, and collecting trash to ensure the building’s occupants have a clean space.
What you’ll do:
- Keep building and property in a clean and orderly condition.
- Perform routine maintenance activities.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and/or vacuum floors.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles.
- Clean, sanitize, and supply bathrooms, breakrooms, and kitchen.
- Clean and maintain the offices in the plant.
- During the winter perform ice and snow removal around the facility.
- During the summer perform landscaping activities such as mowing, trimming, and fence line trash cleanup.
- Maintain cleaning equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

A favorable background screening, drug screening, and proof of work authorization in the United States is required for employment.
