This individual will partner closely with the UX Manager and Storefront Product Management team to execute a growing portfolio of planned improvements across digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct competitive analyses and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Apply UX best practices and design guidelines, ensuring consistency across standards
- Support iterative enhancements and optimizations across existing digital experiences
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback using user-centered design principles
- Strong expertise in UX Design and Figma (required)
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Prior experience working on e-commerce, digital storefront, or customer-facing web experiences
