Job description
Join a well-established, locally owned restaurant group that prides itself on scratch-driven food, authentic service, and a tight-knit team environment. We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys being in the middle of the action.
This is not a “sit in the office” position — you’ll be out front, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves impressed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Driving day-to-day operations and keeping service running efficiently
- Leading, coaching, and developing team members in real time
- Maintaining high standards across food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Supporting the team during peak periods and jumping in wherever needed
- Assisting with scheduling, labor management, and shift execution
- Creating a positive, team-first culture while delivering a great guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a restaurant leadership role (manager or strong supervisor)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Natural leader who brings energy, accountability, and professionalism
