Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and support adherence to prescribed health regimens.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve overall well-being.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately and promptly.
- Provide support with mobility and assist clients with smooth transitions throughout their daily activities.
This role requires
- Previous experience in Caregiving, home health, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to serve others.
- Ability to work independently and reliably in clients' homes.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Completion of background checks and necessary certifications as required by state regulations.
- Flexibility to accommodate varied schedules, including weekends and evenings.
