Human Resources Manager

Are you a people-first leader who knows how to balance business objectives with employee success? We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client's team in Toronto and play a key role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

This is an opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with integrity, and brings strong expertise in employment legislation, employee relations, and people management.

What You'll Bring
  • 5–6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including HR management responsibilities
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams across all levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with employment laws, workplace policies, and HR best practices
  • Experience managing employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to drive HR initiatives from strategy through execution
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Leading day-to-day HR operations and supporting organizational goals through effective people practices
  • Providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
  • Ensuring compliance with employment standards, legislation, and company policies
  • Partnering with leadership to support talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coaching managers on HR best practices and people-related matters
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR programs, processes, and policies
