    Our client is a successful, growing, luxury jewelry retailer with an exceptional reputation. We are seeking a collaborative, team-oriented, customer-focused, Rolex Watch Brand Liaison. Reporting to the Rolex Assistant Sales Director, the role works closely with the company's internal Rolex Sales Associates, Retail Customers, and external Rolex Corporate Representatives to ensure an exceptional retail customer experience, while representing the core values of the company and the Rolex brand. The role is accountable for creating and managing the Rolex customer experience, as well as, continuously improving the overall customer journey. This full-time Rolex Watch Brand Liaison works in a professional, team-oriented, elegant retail setting and works onsite, in-store, 5 days per week, including Saturdays.

    The ideal candidate has prior Luxury Watch retail sales experience, and a passion for creating and improving the luxury client experience through ongoing Sales Associate Rolex brand education, the implementation of customer brand loyalty initiatives and effective partnership with Rolex brand representatives. Excellent collaboration and communication skills and a passion for the Rolex brand and luxury retail experience. The candidate is positive, proactive, collaborative, team-oriented and motivated to continually improve the luxury brand retail experience. Our client is open to providing relocation assistance for the right non-local qualified candidate.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    RETAIL CUSTOMER BRAND LOYALTY INITIATIATIVES

    • Implement the company's Rolex Hospitality program.
    • Liaise with Rolex corporate to roll out Rolex Shop In Shop experience initiatives.
    • Manage the internal Rolex Mystery Shop program to ensure all sales associates and Shop In Shop exceed Rolex and company standards. Achieve company and Rolex mystery shop scores above 90% satisfaction rate.
    • Manage Rolex Gifts With Purchase (GWP’s).and Rolex floral program via guidelines from Rolex Marketing.
    • Assist in executing events and activities with the company's Marketing Department and management.
    • Monitor and report monthly customer traffic data to Rolex.
    • Contribute as a team-player to drive retail business, grow the client base and reach the store’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.

    RETAIL BRAND EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT

    • Assist in delivering a professional, knowledgeable, memorable customer experience by ensuring that Rolex Sales Associates are educated in Rolex brand expectations and offerings.
    • Coordinate Rolex education with the Rolex Learning and Development Team and partner with the Rolex Assistant Sales Director, to educate and develop Rolex Sales Associates.
    • Assist in administering duties for Rolex Greeter in partnership with the Rolex Assistant Sales Director and Client Experience Coordinator.
    • Foster and maintain positive, professional, effective working relationships with internal team members, company leadership, clients and external Rolex brand partners.

    BRAND COMMUNICATION AND RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE

    • Partner with leadership to reinforce client communication expectations regarding Rolex product standards.
    • Improve the client experience within the Rolex Shop in Shop by identifying areas to enhance engagement and efficiency.
    • Work with the Rolex Visual Merchandising corporate team to ensure Rolex Shop In Shop meets Rolex standards.
    • Coordinate with the Director of Operations for all facility needs.
    • Serve as an Ambassador for the Retailer and the Rolex brand.

     
    KEY REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

    • College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
    • 2+ years of prior Luxury Watch retail sales experience. Rolex watch retail sales experience strongly preferred.
    • Passionate about the Rolex watch brand with a demonstrated understanding of the luxury customer experience and service. Experienced in providing and improving exceptional customer service and luxury brand experience. Committed to understanding brand expectations and translating them to luxury retail experience.
    • Prior experience as a Luxury Brand Liaison or Luxury Brand Ambassador. Experienced in managing brand loyalty programs and partnering effectively with corporate luxury brand team members.
    • Professional, collaborative, positive, supportive and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up. Able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively interface, collaborate, communicate and build relationships with clients, team members and management.
    • Desired Characteristics include: collaborative work style, customer-focused, detail-oriented, proactive, problem-solver, proposes solutions, results-focused, self-starter, service-oriented, team-player.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Company will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.

    POSITION LOCATION AND RELOCTATION ELIGIBILITY:
    Retail store-based role in Washington DC metro area. Local, qualified Washington DC metro area candidates will be given preference and priority. Qualified candidates from major metropolitan markets willing to relocate to the Washington DC metro area will be eligible for relocation assistance.

    COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

    • Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
    • Performance Bonus: $2,000 semi-annually contingent on metric achievements.
    • Benefits include: Health and Long-Term Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401-K and product discounts.
    • Saturday work hours required.
