✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ 8–12 years of overall IT experience with 10+ years in Salesforce and Data Architecture
✔ Strong expertise in Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) implementation and architecture
✔ Hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform - CDP) solutions
✔ Experience designing Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs) within Salesforce Data Cloud
✔ Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using AWS, Azure, APIs, MuleSoft, and Salesforce connectors
✔ Expertise in Identity Resolution to create unified 360-degree customer profiles across multiple data sources
✔ Experience building customer segments and activating data across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
✔ Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, SQL, data modeling, data mapping, and enterprise data integration
✔ Experience designing scalable customer data platforms and real-time data activation strategies
✔ Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
✔ Experience implementing data governance, data quality, security, and compliance best practices (HIPAA knowledge is a plus)
✔ Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
✔ Experience leading enterprise implementations, troubleshooting data pipelines, and providing technical leadership
✔ Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

✔ Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) beyond Salesforce Data Cloud
✔ Salesforce Data Cloud or Salesforce Architect Certifications
