Manages the sales function across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with company goals, and driving revenue growth. Fosters cross-functional collaboration to build effective partnerships and ensure business success.## Job Duties:* Executes sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.* Manages a team of sales professionals by providing coaching, performance feedback, and support to drive individual and team success.* Evaluates sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
