Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the organization's technology strategy, innovation, and engineering excellence. The CTO will define the long-term technology roadmap, align technology initiatives with business objectives, oversee product engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, and foster a culture of innovation. This executive leadership role requires a strong technical background, strategic thinking, and proven experience in scaling engineering organizations and delivering enterprise-grade products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the organization's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Align technology investments with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Lead engineering, architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, security, data, and IT teams.
  • Drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, and technology modernization initiatives.
  • Build and mentor high-performing engineering leadership teams.
  • Oversee software architecture, product development, and technology delivery.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security of technology platforms.
  • Establish engineering best practices, governance, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, product management, sales, and customers to shape technology strategy.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business continuity planning.
  • Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the technology organization to customers, partners, investors, and the Board of Directors.
  • Drive AI adoption, automation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence across the organization.
Required Skills
  • Strong leadership experience managing large engineering and technology organizations.
  • Expertise in enterprise software architecture, cloud computing, and distributed systems.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with AI/ML, data analytics, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting and technology investment planning.
