DESCRIPTION
  • In this role, you will: Design and implement large-scale transformation programs that fuel operational efficiency and business growth, specifically driving the optimization of our Salesforce platform and AI/ML capabilities.
  • Lead programs with exceptional rigor and a thorough, structured approach, collaborating seamlessly with Worldwide (WW) and cross-functional Geo teams
  • Build, execute, and manage detailed project plans to support daily operations, tests, pilots, projects, and strategic initiatives
  • Use industry standards to conduct impact analysis, time tracking studies, and process mapping to establish and document program, system, and process requirements
  • Identify and lead areas of improvement and optimization needed to increase scale, automate workflows, reduce manual efforts, and improve efficiencies
  • Partner internally to define scope and feature prioritization for systems and reporting
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to provide feedback and go/no go decisions, where applicable
  • Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform new programs and enhance existing initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Background in project/program management or sales enablement across operations, Sales, Finance, corporate strategy, management consulting, and/or similar function
  • Deep knowledge of sales enablement, including strategies and processes required to scale and evolve impactful programs
  • Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, technology-driven projects, specifically Salesforce and AI/ML projects
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented problem solver who can dive deep into complex issues, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions
  • Ability to quickly understand and learn diverse product functions to effectively drive initiatives
  • Proven ability to pivot effortlessly between granular details and high-level strategic leadership discussions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to perform deep-dive root cause analysis and drive complex issues to resolution.
  • Proven presentation skills and content development experience in Keynote, Numbers, and Pages
  • Proficiency with project management frameworks and tools
  • Ability to plan, communicate, organize, and lead multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities and timescales
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
  • Outstanding communication skills, including ability to craft value proposition for programs and articulate vision across various teams
  • Laser-focus on customers and partners
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Broad expertise in strategy development, process design, and implementation is highly preferred
  • Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis is a plus
  • Experience with Events Management Platforms (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite enterprise solutions, proprietary systems), including configuration, integration, and optimization.
  • Business modeling skills in Excel and/or Tableau is a plus
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
  • Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks prior to escalation and proactively drive towards a solution
  • Expert organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of the channel market (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.) is highly preferred
