Work Environment

As a remote position focused on outpatient care, you will work from a home office while engaging with clients through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining healthy boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, ensure stability, and plan for discharge as appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Document all client interactions diligently, including progress notes and intake assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions that promote healing.
  • Engage in individual supervision and team meetings to continuously improve skills and receive feedback.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
  • Maintain a growth mindset, remaining open to new ideas and approaches in therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a varied outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges related to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will involve customizing therapeutic approaches that cater to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, ensuring a culturally sensitive and individualized care plan.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
  • Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, email platforms, and specific mental health record systems like PIMSY.
  • Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, focusing on a collaborative, client-centered approach.
  • Comfort and competency in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans.
Preferred Experience

Experience in evidence-based therapies and familiarity with various psychotherapeutic modalities will be advantageous. Additionally, candidates should have a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse patient populations and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, under a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections.
