Empowerment Pathways is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dynamic clinical team. This full-time position is available in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work location while still being part of a community-focused healthcare initiative. Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will include a variety of responsibilities essential to the therapeutic process:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of couples and individual family members to identify issues such as communication difficulties, job stress, and family conflicts.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for various challenges, including grief and loss, separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and substance abuse.
• Facilitate sessions with couples and families, ensuring each member’s voice is heard, and build therapeutic relationships that foster trust and openness.
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop holistic treatment plans that address the encompassing needs of clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and clinical supervision meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes adult individuals, couples, and children/adolescents facing a range of challenges. You will work with families confronting issues like relationship conflicts, trauma, communication barriers, and adjustment disorders. Empowerment Pathways prides itself on serving diverse populations with varied backgrounds, and as a therapist, you will need to be culturally competent and responsive to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse patient populations, particularly in community health settings.
• Previously held positions that required both individual and couples therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with telemedicine and digital documentation tools.

Compensation and Benefits

At Empowerment Pathways, we believe in rewarding our therapists competitively for their expertise and dedication. The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, with earnings dependent on experience and client load. Additional benefits include:
